Lodge Management Position
We are seeking a professional and adventurous Management Couple to manage one of our bushcamps. This role requires a unique blend of hospitality management and practical, “hands-on” bushcraft. The couple will be responsible for the total guest experience, staff welfare, and the physical upkeep of the camp.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Ensuring a seamless safari experience.
Operations: Managing kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams.
Maintenance: Overseeing camp infrastructure
Administration: Stock control, reporting, and basic financial management.
- Requirements
Previous experience in lodge/staff management is essential.
Technical skills (Building/Mechanic/Maintenance) are a significant advantage.
Ability to live and work in a remote, rural location.
High level of English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
