Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions are applicable to Everwild Properties only. Third Party camps or transport suppliers will have their own terms and conditions which may apply and differ from Everwild. It is the travelers’ responsibility to enquire and familiarize themselves with such policies if applicable.

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Five Peas Tourism Solutions LTD, trading as Everwild Travel Co, is a business in the tourism industry that specializes in selling safari experiences. In addition to arranging and selling safari trips, Everwild Travel Co also owns and operates safari lodges. At these lodges, we sell drinks, food, shop items and activities.

2. Payments

The cost of the booking shall be the cost quoted on the reservation summary; however, Everwild reserves the right to alter the cost of the trip in the event of unforeseen fluctuations in currency, fuel, or the price of the suppliers.

The Customer is required to make a part-payment of 25% of the quoted travel package in order to confirm a booking. The balance of the cost of the travel package is due 60 days before the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance timeously could result in the Customer losing their booking.

3. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Everwild Travel Co bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

4. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Everwild Travel Co via PayGenius who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygenius.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

5. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Everwild Travel Co separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGenius’s secure site.

6. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is Zambia. Transaction currency is United States Dollar (USD).

7. Responsibility

Everwild Travel Co takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

8. Cancelation Policy

Any cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

Any cancellation made between part-payment and 90 days before arrival will incur a USD 100.00 admin fee.

Cancellation 90 – 61 Days before arrival: 25% of total
Cancellation 60 – 0 Days before arrival: 100% of total

9. No-Show

In the event of a no-show, full cancellation fees will be applied.
